Measure yourself while wearing the undergarments you plan to wear with the Chunri. Keep the measuring tape snug but not tight. For best results, have someone assist you.
Our Dupattas are available as One Size Fits All (standard 2.5m x 1m). Suits are sized by chest measurement. Custom sizing is available for any item — just WhatsApp us before placing your order.

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it parallel to the floor and comfortably loose.
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.
From the top of your shoulder, measure straight down to your preferred shirt length (usually mid-thigh).

Every HSTORE order is carefully packed in our signature black gift packaging with tissue paper and a handwritten thank-you note. Fragile or silk pieces receive additional protective wrapping. We take pride in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition — and looking like a gift.
We require a non-refundable advance of Rs. 200 to confirm your order and begin processing. This is subtracted from your total invoice. The remaining balance is paid on delivery via Cash on Delivery (COD).
This Rs. 200 advance helps us reduce fake orders and ensures we can start crafting or packing your item right away. It is deducted from your final payable amount.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and WhatsApp. Use this number in the Track Your Order section to check real-time status.
We currently do not offer standard shipping to some remote areas. If your location is affected, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

We primarily offer store credit or exchanges rather than cash refunds. In cases where we are clearly at fault (wrong item sent, defective product), full refunds are processed via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa within 3–5 business days.
Note: The original Rs. 200 order confirmation advance is non-refundable in all cases, as it covers order processing and packaging costs.
